I have spent the last years deep inside the machinery of large organizations. I've worked on large-scale SAP transformations in the automotive industry and coordinated 80+ enterprise release cycles as a Lead Business Analyst, Release Manager, Proxy Product Owner, and Scrum Master.

Doing that work teaches you a very specific lesson: processes alone rarely reflect reality. The success of a technology deployment usually has less to do with the technology itself than with how people make decisions, communicate, and navigate complexity together.

I’m currently helping shape data and AI strategy in the nonprofit sector. I’m also open to consulting work that helps businesses identify useful AI applications, set priorities, and improve everyday workflows.

Alongside enterprise delivery, I build things. When I find a problem interesting, my instinct is to figure out how the underlying mechanics work and attempt to build a solution.

This has led me to explore AI-assisted workflows, retrieval systems, educational platforms, and custom knowledge environments. Building tools from the ground up provides a useful counter-balance to managing large-scale, slow-moving corporate deployments.

The final piece of the puzzle is simple intellectual curiosity. I've developed a long-standing interest in movement, meditation, travel, and traditional practices like moxibustion.

I don't try to force a connection between enterprise delivery, AI, and these traditional practices. They are different domains. But following these threads and learning completely new systems keeps life interesting.
