I tend to get deeply interested in things and then explore them seriously.

01 / Enterprise

Learning how things break.

I have spent the last eight years deep inside the machinery of large organizations. I've worked on large-scale SAP transformations in the automotive industry and coordinated 80+ enterprise release cycles as a Lead Business Analyst, Proxy Product Owner, and Scrum Master.

Doing that work teaches you a very specific lesson: process diagrams rarely reflect reality. The success of a technology deployment usually has less to do with the technology itself than with how people make decisions, communicate, and navigate complexity together.

02 / Practice

A separate interest.

Alongside my professional work, I developed a long-standing interest in movement, meditation, and how the body works. It started with a yoga class during university and expanded over the years into massage, TCM, moxibustion, breathwork, and other practices.

I don't try to force a connection between enterprise delivery and yoga. They are different domains. But the same curiosity drives both: I become interested in something, I want to understand how it works, and I go deep.

03 / Building

Current experiments.

Right now, much of my time goes into AI workflows, knowledge management, and automation experiments. LifeOS, the Moxa Point Finder, and various course production tools are all things I'm actively building.

I'm not an AI influencer. I just think it's a genuinely interesting area to experiment in, and I'd rather build things than talk about them.

The common thread across all of this is not a philosophy. It's a pattern: I notice something interesting, I start exploring it, and I tend to go further than most people expect.
